
Pepper Steak Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 x 150g steaks, in your favourite cut
- 20g of Meg'LaChef Pepper Steak Spice Mix
Optional: serve with mashed potato, sautéed capsicum & onion and Meg'LaChefs Ranch Sauce
HOW TO COOK:
- Sprinkle seasoning on both sides of steak, use more or less is desired
- Heat BBQ and cook on each side for 3 minutes
- Serve with your sided of choice
For a VEGAN alternative, replace meat with eggplant of field mushrooms
